GENERAL REFERENCES
Civil offenses — See Ch. 80.
NOTE
Ord. No. 676, which enacted this chapter, noted that it is adopted
so as to bring the criminal offenses chapter of the Code of the Town
of Dewey Beach into comparative conformity with state statutes under
Title 11 and Title 16, Chapter 47, of the Delaware Code for related
offenses and violations. The Alderman Court shall maintain, as has
been the history in Dewey Beach, jurisdiction over local ordinances.
The sections in this chapter are not successively numbered, and those
sections not listed have been intentionally omitted.
