No person shall remove live horseshoe crabs
from any Town beach, recreational area or the waters adjacent to such
areas for commercial purposes.
Any person who violates any provision of this
article shall be fined no less than $25 and no more than $100 or imprisoned
for not more than 15 days, or both.
The Town of Stratford may enforce the provisions
of this article by injunction to prevent the harvest of live horseshoe
crabs.
