It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation, or group of persons to parade or hold a parade in the streets or highways of the Town of Oakland, without having first obtained from the Town of Oakland a permit so to do.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a municipal infraction subject to the maximum fine established pursuant to Chapter 40, Municipal Infractions.
