Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Ch. 54, Garbage and Rubbish, adopted as follows: Art. I, 4-11-1933 as Ord. No. 89; Art. II, 11-23-1971 as Ord. No. 863, as amended; Art. III, 5-4-1982 as Ord. No. 1060. Additionally, Ordinance No. 1243, adopted 12-18-1990, provided that the title of this chapter be changed from Garbage and Rubbish to Garbage, Rubbish and Recyclables.
