§ 150-1 Adoption of standards.

A. 
The provisions of Title 44 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 59, and, more particularly, Part 60.3, thereof, entitled "Floodplain Management Criteria for Flood-Prone Areas," are hereby adopted by reference.
B. 
A copy of the regulations above described is annexed hereto by reference.

§ 150-2 Copies on file.

Three copies of the rules and regulations adopted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, as above described, have been placed on file in the office of the City Clerk and shall remain on file until final action is taken on this chapter so that the public at large might view and examine the same.

§ 150-3 Adoption of Flood Insurance Study and Map. [1]

The City of East Orange adopts by reference the Flood Insurance Study prepared for it, dated February 4, 1988, listed as Community No. 340181, as well as the countywide Flood Insurance Map which is dated June 4, 2007, listed as Community Panel No. 340181-0112F, which map identifies the floodways and flood hazard areas within the City of East Orange.

§ 150-4 Designation of official.

The City of East Orange hereby designates the City Construction Official as the official of the City of East Orange responsible for complying with the eligibility requirement set forth in 44 CFR 59.21 et seq.
