Pursuant to Chapter 590 of the Laws of 1994
amending § 64 of the Town Law, the agricultural assessment
established pursuant to Article 25-AA of the Agriculture and Markets
Law is hereby authorized to be applicable to special assessments or
special ad valorem levies made on behalf of fire protection, water
and sewer districts of the Town of Riga.
