[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of
Collingswood 8-7-1973 as Ord. No. 675
(Ch. 6 of the 1971 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
There is hereby established an Environmental Commission for the protection,
development and use of natural resources, including water resources, located
within the Borough of Collingswood.
The Environmental Commission shall consist of seven (7) members, to
serve without compensation, appointed as provided in N.J.S.A. 40:56A-1.
