The governing body hereby adopts by reference
all rules and regulations contained in the Borough's Safety Manual
dated October 13, 1983, which Manual shall remain on file with the
Borough Clerk.
Said Manual may be revised and amended from
time to time by resolution of the Mayor and Council.
