When the yellow traffic signal lights are blinking on Hillside Avenue, the speed limit shall be 15 miles per hour for all vehicles when passing through the Hillside Avenue School Zone.

The following speed limits shall be established on designated roads in the Township of Livingston:
A. 
A speed limit of 40 miles per hour shall be established on East Hobart Gap Road between South Livingston Avenue/John F. Kennedy Parkway and South Orange Avenue.
B. 
A speed limit of 35 miles per hour shall be established on West Hobart Gap Road between Walnut Street and South Livingston Avenue/John F. Kennedy Parkway.
C. 
Speed limits established on Northfield Road:
(1) 
Forty miles per hour between the traffic circle at the intersection of State Highway Route 10 and Crescent Road;
(2) 
Thirty miles per hour between Crescent Road and Swan Road; and
(3) 
Forty miles per hour between Swan Road and boundary line with West Orange.
D. 
A speed limit of 25 miles per hour shall be established on Old Mount Pleasant Avenue.
E. 
A speed of limit of 25 miles per hour shall be established on South Livingston Avenue both south- and northbound between Amherst Place and Symington Drive at times when school is in session and 45 minutes before school and 30 minutes after school (School Zone-Aquinas Academy and Livingston High School).

F. 
A speed limit of 25 miles per hour shall be established on North Livingston Avenue both south- and northbound between Congressional Parkway and Bryant Drive at times when school is in session and 45 minutes before school and 30 minutes after school (School Zone-Harrison Elementary School).

G. 
A speed limit of 25 miles per hour shall be established on East Mount Pleasant Avenue both east- and westbound between Knollwood Drive and Tudor Terrace at times when school is in session and 45 minutes before school and 30 minutes after school (School Zone-Mount Pleasant Elementary and Middle Schools).

H. 
A speed limit of 35 miles per hour shall be established on Laurel Avenue between Shrewsbury Drive and the boundary line with Roseland.

I. 
A speed limit of 35 miles per hour shall be established on Shrewsbury Drive between East Cedar Street and Laurel Avenue.

J. 
A speed limit of 15 miles per hour shall be established within the entire Town Center; specifically, Carillon Way, Esplanade Way, Town Center Way, Seymour Schram Lane, Dominion Court, Gable Walk and Bellcourt Place.
