The position of Municipal Treasurer, as heretofore
established, in hereby continued.
The Municipal Treasurer shall achieve tenure
in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:9-152.
The Municipal Treasurer shall not be removed
from office except as provided in N.J.S.A. 40A:9-152.1.
