The position of part-time State Uniform Construction
Code Official/Zoning Officer is hereby abolished.
There is hereby established a full-time position
of employment to be known and designated as the "Construction Code
Official/Building Subcode Official/Building Inspector/Housing Inspector/Zoning
Officer."
The functions of the Construction Code Official/Building
Subcode Official/Building Inspector/Housing Inspector/Zoning Officer
are as follows:
A.
Perform each and all the functions of a Construction
Code Official and Building Subcode Official as set forth under the
State Uniform Construction Code, including but not necessarily limited
to physical site inspections, review of plans, issuing of permits
and certificate of occupancy inspections.
C.
Inspections and the issuance of continuing certificates
of occupancy.
F.
Inspections of all residential, commercial and industrial
premises within the Borough of Maywood as required by local ordinance.
