There shall be a 3-member Cemetery Commission
elected on a rotating basis of 1 member each year for a 3-year term.
The Commission's responsibilities shall include, but shall not be
limited to, the operation of the Highland Cemetery in accordance with
M.G.L. ch. 114, §§ 22, 23.
