As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
The person or persons in charge of the refuse disposal area under
authority of the Town Board of the Town of Farmington.
Such residue and refuse material, whether animal, vegetable, mineral
or other, which results from the operation of all industry.
One or more individuals, groups of individuals, partnerships, firms,
corporations, associations, counties, cities, Towns or villages or improvement
districts.
All putrescible and nonputrescible solid wastes, including garbage,
papers, rubbish, ashes, incinerator residue, street cleanings, solid commercial
and industrial wastes, dead animals and parts thereof, and offal.
The premises within the fenced area of the parcel of land owned by
the Town of Farmington west of the Hook Road in said Town where "Farmington
Town Dump" signs have been posted at the eastern entrance thereto, which fenced
area is hereby designated as the "refuse area" of the Town of Farmington.
