Any building in which animals are sheltered shall be equipped with suitable
devices for smoke detection, fire detection and alarm. An audible alarm shall
be provided which shall emit a continuous sound audible beyond the boundaries
of the building and audible within the main dwelling and personnel quarters
on the property.
