[Adopted 3-16-1987 by L.L. No. 8-1987]
No person who owns, controls or works in a restaurant
or other establishment that serves food and drink within the Village
of Old Westbury shall serve guests water unless the guest specifically
requests water from the service personnel.
The persons or entities which are liable hereunder
shall be the individuals serving the water without request, as well
as the owner or proprietor of the establishment.
