A building may be erected, altered or used and a lot or premises may be used for any of the following purposes and no other:
A. 
Office building or offices for administrative, executive, professional or similar organizations having limited contact with the general public, provided that no merchandise is kept or stored on the premises for purpose of sale thereof.
B. 
One single-family residence in rear of or on second floor over a commercial establishment.
C. 
Forestry, subject to the standards in § 84-57.8.

D. 
Customary accessory uses associated with the foregoing.
The area and bulk regulations set forth in § 84-19 and the design standards set forth in § 84-20 of Article VI shall apply to all uses permitted under this section.
