Fire prevention — See Ch. 105.
Pursuant to Subdivision 1 of § 405.00
of the Penal Law of the State of New York, the Mayor is hereby designated
the permit authority to grant and issue permits for the public display
of fireworks in accordance with the provisions of § 405.00
of the Penal Law.
