The following certificates as set forth and available from the office of Planning and Development shall be inscribed on or attached to the plan, as appropriate, when the plan is submitted to the City Planning Commission for review and recommendations to the City Council and shall be properly signed and attested upon completion of the appropriate step in the approval process:

Owner(s)' adoption.
(2) 
Individual acknowledgment.
(3) 
Corporation adoption.
(4) 
Corporation acknowledgment.
(5) 
Ownership stipulation.
(6) 
Engineer's certification.
(7) 
Planning Commission recommendations.
(8) 
City Council's approval.
(9) 
Westmoreland County Planning Department approval.
(10) 
Proof of recording.
B. 
Only those certificates which are applicable to the application will need to be submitted.
