Subject to the restrictions and conditions in § 131-7 of this chapter and the rules and regulations of the Office of Parks and Recreation, snowmobiles may be operated only on or along designated and marked trails of public parks of the Town.
No person shall operate snowmobiles on any of the designated trails
of a public park between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. The Town Board
reserves the right to change the hours of operation at such locations by the
adoption of a resolution and the posting of the change at the entrance to
such trails.
