Any vehicle which shall be parked in the commuter
parking lot in the Town of Warwick without a permit or in violation
of any parking meter time limit between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and
6:00 p.m. prevailing time shall be illegally parked.
Any person who parks, or causes or permits to
be parked, a vehicle in violation of this article shall be guilty
of a traffic infraction, and such infraction shall be punishable in
the manner provided for in § 1800 of the Vehicle and Traffic
Law, except that the minimum fine for such violation shall be $25.
