Any violation of any of the provisions of this
chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor and, unless otherwise specifically
provided by law, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $250
or by imprisonment for a period of time not to exceed 100 days, or
both such fine and imprisonment. Where a continuing violation exists,
each day that such violation continues shall be considered a separate
and distinct offense and shall be punishable accordingly.
