Editor's Note: This local law also repealed former Ch. 33, Building
Construction and Fire Prevention, adopted 12-2-1985 by L.L. No. 5-1985, as
amended.
Pursuant to § 381, Subdivision 2, of the New York State Executive
Law, the Village of West Carthage will not enforce the New York State Uniform
Fire Prevention and Building Code on or after January 1, 1995.
