All development applications before the Borough of Park Ridge Planning Board and/or the Borough of Park Ridge Zoning Board of Adjustment which seek site plan, minor subdivision or major subdivision approval as set forth in Article IV (§ 87-9 et seq.), Article V (§ 87-16 et seq.), Major Subdivision Preliminary Approval, Article VI (§ 87-20 et seq.), Major Subdivision Preliminary Approval, Article VII (§ 87-24), Site Plan Approval, or any other development application allowed by the Municipal Land Use Law, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., shall complete all applications in accordance with the attached checklist, hereinafter referred to as the "the checklist."[1]

All applications shall be submitted and completed
in accordance with the checklist to the Land Use Officer. The checklist
is created pursuant to the Municipal Land Use Law and to satisfy the
requirements of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-10.3.
