Editor's Note: This ordinance amended the Policy Department Rules and Regulations to include Addendum A, which sets forth the duties, responsibilities and qualifications of the Chief of Police. Addendum A is included as an attachment to this chapter.
The rules and regulations contained in a document entitled Riverton
Borough Police Department Rules and Regulations, which document is
dated July 13, 2011, are hereby officially adopted and made a part
of this chapter. These rules and regulations will be incorporated
in Attachment 1[1] to this chapter with Addendum A,[2] which sets forth duties, responsibilities, and qualifications
of the Police Chief.
