A.
Active and passive recreational uses, such as parks,
playgrounds, courts, fields or other municipally operated recreational
uses or structures shall be permitted, subject to the following requirement:
(1)
The exterior architectural design shall be in keeping
with other structures in the area.
B.
All other uses are prohibited in this district.
All uses within this district are subject to
Planning Board review and approval.
