The city may, by resolution, enact, and from
time to time may amend, a fee schedule limited to the calendar year
of May 15 through September 15 of each year for the launching of boats
or other watercraft from Kennedy Park in the City of Somers Point.
Permits for watercraft launching during the
seasonal period aforesaid shall be required and shall be purchased
from the city at such times and under such conditions as may hereinafter
be established by resolution of the City Council.
