Each industrial user of the local sewer system
subject to the industrial cost recovery, pursuant to the rules and
regulations of the Atlantic County Municipal Utility Authority and
40 CFR 928, shall pay to the Atlantic County Municipal Utility Authority
industrial cost recovery fees at such times and in such amounts as
prescribed by the Authority.
