No person shall move a building over a public street without the written consent of the Select Board Members, who may, in their discretion, require a bond with sufficient sureties in such sums as they shall require from the owner of such building or the person or persons moving the same, with conditions to reimburse the Town for all sums of money which it may be liable or compelled to pay in consequence of the use of the way.
No person shall throw or sweep into or place or drop or suffer to remain in any street any hoops, boards or other wood with nails projecting therefrom or nails of any kind or any noxious or refuse liquid or solid substance.
Whoever violates any of the provisions of §§ 138-1 and 138-2 of this article shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $50 for each offense, but all prosecutions shall be begun within six months from the date of the offense.
