[On 5-14-2002, the Municipal Council of the Municipality
of Monroeville adopted Ord. No. 2223, which revised the Articles of
Incorporation of the Monroeville Water Authority to adopt a new name,
the "Monroeville Municipal Authority," and to add to its powers and
purposes to effect the transfer of the Sanitary Sewer System to said
Authority. The complete text of Ord. No. 2223, and related Ord. Nos.
2229 and 2617, are on file in the Municipal offices.]
