That portion of Birch Avenue shown on the Official Map of the Borough of Pen Argyl between Hazen Avenue and Davey Avenue and running in a easterly direction, and it is more particularly hereinafter described and is hereby named Birch Avenue and opened and ordained to be a portion of the street system of the Borough of Pen Argyl, Northampton County, Pennsylvania.
Birch Avenue
Beginning at a point in the northerly right-of-way line of Birch Avenue, said point marking the southeast corner of land of Steven Goffredo; thence through said Birch Avenue South 36° 10' 51" east 50 feet to a point; thence partly through Davey Avenue, partly along land now or formerly of Harvey Dietrich, partly through an unnamed fourteen-foot-wide alley, partly along land now or formerly of Robert D. Williams, partly through Arch Street, partly along other land now or formerly of Robert D. Williams and partly through an unnamed fourteen-foot-wide alley south 53° 49' 09" west 443.94 feet to a point; thence partly through the last-mentioned fourteen-foot-wide alley, partly along land of James Dietrich and partly through Hazen Avenue south 66° 47' 44" west 115.93 feet to a point in the easterly curbline of said Hazen Avenue; thence along the easterly curbline (projected) of Hazen Avenue north 16° 23' 11" west 50.36 feet to a point; thence partly along land of Francis Groblewski and partly through the last-mentioned fourteen-foot-wide unnamed alley north 66° 47' 44" east 104.26 feet to a point; thence partly through said fourteen-foot-wide unnamed alley, partly along land of Sherwood Case, partly through Arch Street, partly along land of Michael Curcio, partly through the first-mentioned fourteen-foot-wide unnamed alley, partly along Lot No. 7 of Mary's Mountain Estates and partly through Davey Avenue north 53° 49' 09" east 438.25 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.6327 acre.
