GENERAL REFERENCES
Parks and recreation areas — See Ch. 158.
The Director of Parks and Public Property shall have charge of and supervision
over all public parks and buildings not otherwise assigned. The maintenance
and care of the City Hall and city comfort stations shall be under his supervision.
