The Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized
to execute a nonexclusive franchise agreement with Time Warner Cable
Advance/Newhouse Partnership d/b/a Time Warner Cable. A copy of said
agreement is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A."[1]
