There shall be a Senior Citizens Commission
composed of seven (7) members, appointed by the Council. At least
four (4) members of the Commission may be age sixty (60) or older.
It shall be the duty of this Commission to advise
the Council on the needs of the senior residents of the town, and
to make recommendations for Council consideration.
