Collocation policy. Location. A communications tower with supporting wires and facilities will be permitted on Block 21, Lot 19, a ten-and-eight-tenths-acre Borough-owned property currently used by the Glen Gardner Water Company, with the intention of satisfying at one location the increasing demand for communications antennae of any diverse carriers for the foreseeable future.
