In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:67-16.9 et seq.,
the Mayor of the Borough of Glen Gardner is hereby authorized to provide
by regulation, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation,
for the closing of any street or portion thereof to motor vehicle
traffic on any day or days or during specified hours on any day or
days whenever he or she finds that such closing is necessary for the
preservation of the public safety, health or welfare. Proper warning
signs of such closing in any street or portion thereof shall be posted
thereon during the time the same is closed.
