Except when necessary to avoid conflict with
other traffic or in order to comply with the directions of a traffic
or police officer or traffic sign or signal, no person shall park
a vehicle within five feet of any public or private driveway or alley.
Signs shall be erected and maintained as authorized
by the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of New Jersey.
