This article, pursuant to § 187 of
the General Municipal Law and also pursuant to Article 9, Permissive
Referendum, of the Village Law, shall authorize and regulate the conduct
of games of chance in the Village of Yorkville.
The village hereby authorizes the Town of Whitestown
to be the licensing agency and enforcement agency for the Village.
Sunday sales shall be permitted except on Easter
Sunday. No sales shall be allowed on Christmas Day or New Year's Eve.
