[Adopted 7-23-1996 by Ord. No. 265]
In addition to any costs assigned by the Williamsport Municipal Water Authority, the Township levies a connection fee, as set from time to time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors, which the Township has determined will be the benefit accruing to each property. All fees are to be paid prior to making a connection. For existing dwellings, the fee is to be paid at the time the permit is issued. For new dwellings, the fee will be paid and permit issued at the time the building permit is issued.
All new homes being built in the aforementioned area that are adjacent and/or abutting the waterline are required to connect to the waterline.
The connection fee for connection to a previously constructed waterline shall be as set from time to time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.
All rules and regulations that apply to Loyalsock residents that are connected to the Williamsport Municipal Water Authority system would also apply to anyone connecting to this system.
