This district is intended to encourage the construction on, and continued use of, the land for industrial purposes and other permitted uses; to prohibit any use which would substantially interfere with the development, continuation, expansion of industrial uses and other permitted uses in the district; and to establish reasonable standards for buildings and other structures, the areas and dimensions of yards and other open spaces and the provision of facilities and operation of industries to minimize air pollution, noise, glare, heat, vibration, fire, safety hazards, etc.
Permitted uses shall be as follows:

Area and dimensional requirements shall be as follows:
A. 
Required lot area: no minimum.
B. 
Maximum building coverage: no limit.

Minimum yard requirements:
(1) 
Front yard depth: 30 feet.
(2) 
Side yard depth (combined): 10 feet (minimum five feet).
(3) 
Rear yard depth: five feet.
D. 
Building height limit: 50 feet.

Minimum lot width: no minimum.
Off-street parking and loading space and motor vehicle access shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of Article VI, Off-Street Parking, and Article III, General Regulations, of this chapter.
