An article to prohibit illegal connections to the municipal
separate storm sewer system(s) operated by Clark Township, so as to
protect public health, safety and welfare and to prescribe penalties
for the failure to comply.
No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged through
an illegal connection to the municipal separate storm sewer system
operated by the Township of Clark any domestic sewage, noncontact
cooling water, process wastewater, or other industrial waste (other
than stormwater).
This article shall be enforced by the Township of Clark Police
Department or the Township Health Officer.
Any person(s) who is found to be in violation of the provisions
of this article shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000 for
the first offense and up to $2,500 for each subsequent offense.
