From the period between sunset and sunrise, no person occupying a motor vehicle, other than appropriate emergency personnel, shall direct a high-intensity beam of light (spotlight) in or across or against any residential property within the Township of White.
This act shall not apply to persons who have permission to make such observations by the owner of the property in question.
The penalty shall be as provided by the ordinances of the Township of White for other disorderly persons' offenses within the Township.
