A.
The Code Enforcement Officer of the Town of Union Vale shall have
the authority to enforce the provisions of this chapter and to inspect
premises within the Town as necessary for said enforcement.
B.
The authority of the Code Enforcement Officer shall include authority
to investigate complaints concerning alleged violations and issue
notices to comply, orders of remedy, notices of violation and appearance
tickets as deemed appropriate.
C.
The Code Enforcement Officer shall have the authority to require
an escrow account be established to defray the costs incurred by the
Town for review by the Town Engineer of required design plans for
construction of a proposed driveway and/or for inspection of the proposed
driveway during and upon completion of its construction.
