GENERAL REFERENCES
Fire prevention — See Ch. 105.
A Fire Advisory Commission is hereby appointed.
The Commission will consist of seven members, of which four members
will be from the Fire District; the Union Vale Planning Board Chairman; the
Union Vale Building Inspector; and a member of the Union Vale Town Board,
who will represent the Town. Said members will be charged in assisting the
Planning Board in an advisory capacity in all fire-related safety measures.
