[Article 8, voted in the affirmative 3-9-1973 by the Annual
Town Meeting, reads as follows: "To see if the Town will vote to authorize
the tax collector to appoint a deputy in accordance with RSA 41:38,
as it pertains to the appointment of deputy tax collectors."]

The Tax Collector shall waive interest due that amounts to less
than five dollars ($5.) on all taxes.
