Hours of operation shall be 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily.
The Hudson Skate Park shall be used exclusively for skateboarding
and in-line skating from April 1 through November 30.
All users are responsible for providing their own skateboard,
skates and equipment and ensuring that all are in good working order.
All users are required to wear a helmet at all times.
Appropriate signs shall be placed at the Skate Park, indicating
the hours of operation and all the rules that are to be followed by
users.
