It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to enter upon or trespass upon any property either public or private and remove, disturb, destroy or damage in any way any personal property, or throw rubbish or other substances upon or in front of, or to deface, mark or mar said property within the corporate limits of the Village of Wolcott; except that the above shall not apply to individuals for acts of destruction to their own individually owned property.
Any person violating this chapter shall be punishable for the first offense by a fine not exceeding $25 or by imprisonment in the Wayne County Jail for 25 days, or both, and for a second or subsequent offense by a fine not exceeding $50 or by imprisonment in the Wayne County Jail for 50 days, or both.
