A.
In accordance with the provisions of Section 9-189a of the Connecticut
General Statutes, the Registrars of Voters of the City of Putnam shall,
at the next succeeding regular election of such office and thereafter,
be elected for a term of four years.
B.
Such four-year term shall begin on the Wednesday following the first
Monday of January succeeding their election.
