Any moneys due to the Borough of Mifflinburg from the 2% tax upon premiums from foreign fire insurance companies doing business within the Borough of Mifflinburg shall be paid to the Relief Fund Association of the Mifflinburg Hose Company, Mifflinburg, Union County, Pennsylvania.[1]

All members of the Mifflinburg Volunteer Fire Department will be covered by workman's compensation benefits during all times that said members are performing their official duties or participating in any official organized activities of the Mifflinburg Borough Fire Department. These activities include all official activities of the Fire Department including but not limited to initial involvement of answering fire calls.
