A.
The Mayor and Council shall be paid on a quarterly basis (last week
of March, June, September and December).
B.
No member of the Council will be paid for a quarter if he or she
has two or more unexcused absences during the quarter. An unexcused
absence shall be defined as one in which prior notice of an absence
has not been provided.

The Mayor or Councilors shall have the right to be reimbursed
for actual expenses incurred relating to their official activities
and duties. All requests for expenses for the Mayor or Councilors
shall be approved by the Council as a whole prior to disbursement.
