[Adopted by Ord. No. 11-82 (Sec. 3-5 of the 1972 Revised General Ordinances)]
No person shall:
A. 
Obstruct or damage any street or public road in the Township by depositing, placing, dumping, throwing or spilling stones, earth, dirt, debris or other materials or things thereon.
B. 
Throw, place or deposit any snow or ice into or upon any street in the Township, it being the intent and purpose of this provision to prohibit any person from throwing, casting, placing or depositing snow and ice which accumulates within the private property belonging to or under the control of that person upon the sidewalks, streets or public roads of the Township.
C. 
Place or store any structure, equipment or materials of any kind on any street in the Township at any time or for any purpose unless expressly permitted by law or ordinance. Such structure, equipment or materials shall be placed in such a manner so as not to impede or divert the natural flow of drainage waters on or along such street or public road and the gutters or drainage thereof.
D. 
Discharge waters or other liquids or semiliquids on any street or public road in the Township in any manner; this shall not apply to waters that may flow or pass upon a street or public road by virtue of natural drainage or because of the slope or topography of the land.
E. 
Obstruct any gutter or drainage ditch or any portion thereof serving the street or public road by filling or otherwise depositing stones, earth, dirt, debris, snow, ice or other materials or things or by any other means.
